Selection

New suppliers are evaluated on the criteria that matter: financial stability, certification standards, and a manufacturing capability assessment before any business begins.

Qualification & Approval

A supplier must pass a capability assessment and close every open item before running production, then earn a place on our approved supplier list.

Ongoing Monitoring

Approved suppliers are held to the highest standards through annual audits, scorecard reviews, and regular business reviews across quality, delivery, and yield, with on-site presence from our supplier quality engineers.

Continuous Improvement

We provide engineering and statistical support, and when issues arise we drive structured root-cause investigation and verify the fix, so quality keeps improving and the same problem doesn't return.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Cirrus Logic follows a Supplier Code of Conduct for selecting and managing our network of suppliers. This code is comprised of five sections covering labor, health and safety, environment, business ethics, and managing conformity to the code.

Based on this code, Cirrus Logic commits to ensuring:

Working conditions across our supply chain are safe
Workers are treated with respect and dignity
Manufacturing processes are environmentally and socially responsible
